Born organiser and customer-oriented professional for whom no sea is too high
Matthijs graduated in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at the University of Groningen in 2017. After graduating, he worked at Bioclear earth on innovation projects and developed into an excellent collaborative manager of the laboratory.
Matthijs is a hard worker, who likes structure and has a preference for numbers. He is now in charge of both the Microbial Analysis and Bioclear Earth labs. Matthijs uses his extensive knowledge of microbiology and molecular analysis to solve the complex microbiological problems of our clients. He likes clear communication and has everything well under control. His enormous work ethic and characteristic sense of humour make him a much-appreciated team member.
In his spare time, you might find him on the golf course. He also enjoys cooking, playing board games and making music.
