If you provide personal data to Microbial Analysis, they are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Microbial Analysis uses collected personal data only for the specific purposes for which you provided the data. Your personal data is only stored for as long as this is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. Microbial Analysis will not make your personal data available to third parties, unless you have been specifically requested and you have consented to this when providing your personal data, or in the case of a legal obligation. To protect your personal data, Microbial Analysis uses information security and privacy policies. Event registration
When you sign up for an event of Microbial Analysis, we use the information you provide (your name, organization, position (optional) and e-mail address) only to register you for this event and to get an idea of the type of participants that have registered in advance. We will not provide your information to third parties, and should we wish to do so at any time, we will only do so if you give us permission. After the event, your data will be saved for twelve months in order to be able to conduct correspondence as a result of the event. At the end of these twelve months your data will be deleted from the registration for the event.

Special and / or sensitive processed personal data
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us via info@microbialanalysis.com and we will remove this information.

Microbial Analysis does not use automated decision-making in matters that may affect people. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example, a Microbial Analysis employee, for example) among them.

Microbial Analysis does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected.
